Knowing what you want to do and having a clear idea of your motivations is a great start. Then get prioritising. Here are some tips that might just help make you feel energised and efficient instead of wrung out and overstretched.
This last year has been hard on everyone's mental health. Whether or not you and yours have been physically, financially or otherwise impacted by the global crisis none of us have been able to escape the constant drip feed of worry. It is stressful and it is hard and it feels overwhelming.
Here's some things that might help if you too are suffering from entrepreneur exhaustion:
Sometimes we're walking, sometimes running 🏃🏼♀️ sometimes it's a sprint. I'm going through the latter at the moment, and it's fine, unless I forget that - as I'm sprinting - I need to treat myself like Jessica Ennis-Hill. Loads of fuel, resting as and when I can, debriefing with my own support bubbles (!), massages (well hot baths at the moment...) What energy are you expending at the moment? There's nothing with a sprint - but make sure the rest and the aftercare is built in.
